How to book an appointment?

How it works?

  1. Click on Book Online

  2. Select New Client (if you are new to Mindtality Healing Studio). If you are an existing client log into the client portal.

  3. Fill in the contact form and select the service you are interested in. We will then email you our intake form.

  4. Complete our intake form that will be emailed to you and attach your GP referral/ care plan
    (If you don't have one, we can assist you)

  5. You will then be able to login to our Client Portal to book in your sessions/ classes. 

What to expect start to finish?

Trying something new, like telehealth, may feel daunting at times. But with time it get’s easier. Telehealth is a popular way to access a psychologist and can be via video link or telephone. The same privacy standards as an in-person appointment are upheld.

  1. Once you have completed the intake process you are now ready to book your appointments online. Login to the Client Portal to book in your appointments. 

  2. You will get an SMS and email reminder of your appointment, 1-2 days prior to your appointment.  

  3. At your appointment time, find a quiet, private space and ensure you have internet access on your phone or computer. Then click your unique link sent to your email.

  4. Your Psychologist will appear on the screen and you can begin your session.

  5. Telehealth appointments will go for 50 minutes. Wellness Classes go for the allocated timeframes.

  6. It’s that easy!!
